We have many rental options from partial and full days to multiple week production runs.

The Silver Spring Black Box provides a venue for artists, arts organizations, and arts educators of all types to perform, rehearse, audition, film, and teach. With some of the most competitive rates in the DMV, the Silver Spring Black Box has four main spaces available depending on your needs: the black box theatre that seats between 120-154, the rehearsal room, the green room, and a conference room. The Managing Director will work with you to find the best date, time, and space for your rental*. All rentals require the hire of a Rental Manager and some may require the hire of additional technical support. The rate for most staff positions is $27.50/hr with a 4 hour minimum/day unless otherwise stated.
